This is at the opposite end of the scale from benign dictatorship. Instead of a single person taking the decisions everybody is equal and everybody’s opinion and vote counts equally. In our house situation all the occupants have to meet and be informed of what they are going to vote on. A vote has to be taken on every issue and all actions are based on the vote of the majority.
